Parking Lot Management System with Automated Payments

The Parking Lot Management System is designed as a fully automated solution for controlling vehicle entry and exit, managing parking capacity, recording transactions, and ensuring secure and efficient traffic flow. 

The system includes all essential devices required for a complete and functional installation:

Parking Lot Management System (Main Set) – JS-LPR01

The central control unit responsible for managing license plate recognition, data processing, access control, and system communication. It ensures smooth operation of all connected devices.

Ticket Dispenser (Entrance Unit) – JS-TBCE03

Installed at the entry point, this unit issues tickets and records entry details, enabling accurate tracking of vehicles entering the parking area.

Ticket Dispenser (Exit Unit) – JS-TBCE03B

Positioned at the exit, this device processes tickets and verifies vehicle data to ensure controlled, secure departure.

LED Display Screen – JS-LD03

A clear visual interface showing real-time parking information, instructions, available spaces, and system messages to drivers.

Vehicle Loop Detector (Single Channel) – JS-LD02

Detects the presence of a vehicle at a single point, enabling automatic triggering of gates or other automated actions.

Vehicle Loop Detector (Double Channel) – JS-LD04

Provides dual detection zones, allowing more complex automation scenarios such as entry/exit tracking and safety control.

Parking Barrier Gate – KS-AG-305 (2 units)

High-performance automatic barrier gates installed at entrance and exit points. They offer fast opening speed, stable operation, and long service life.

Wireless Button – JS-WB01

A remote manual control button used for emergency opening, staff operation, or on-demand access control.

Wireless Receiver – JS-WR01

Paired with the wireless button, this unit receives remote signals to activate the barrier gate or other connected devices.

Surveillance Camera – JS-CAM01

Provides video monitoring of the entry and exit lanes, improving security and supporting visual verification of events.

Auto Payment Kiosk JS-AP01

A fully automated payment terminal designed to streamline parking fee collection by supporting multiple payment methods, including cash, coins, POS card payments, and NFC. Ideal for unattended parking operations, it enhances efficiency, reduces staffing needs, and offers a reliable, secure, and fast payment experience for drivers.

Software License – JS-SW01

Parking management software that handles ticketing, access control, transaction logs, vehicle records, real-time monitoring, reports, and administrative settings.

10m Cable Set – JS-CB10

A complete cable package required for proper interconnection of the system components during installation.

Entrance Procedure - Vehicle Entry

1. Vehicle Detection

A loop detector embedded in the ground detects the presence of an approaching vehicle. Once the vehicle is positioned above the loop sensor, the system is automatically activated.

2. License Plate Recognition (LPR)

The JS-LPR01 LPR camera scans the front license plate.

The system performs:

• high-accuracy image capture
• optical character recognition
• automated data logging

If the plate is successfully recognized, the software links the vehicle’s ID to the time of entry.

3. Ticket Dispensing Option

JS-TBCE03 Ticket Dispenser prints and issues a ticket that contains:

• entry time
• ticket ID

The driver collects the ticket before proceeding.

4. Access Authorization

After recognition and/or ticket issuance, the system sends a signal to the KS-AG-305 barrier gate to lift the barrier.

The vehicle may enter only once the system confirms:

• valid recognition
• ticket successfully issued

5. Visual Display

The LED Display (JS-LD03) shows system messages (e.g. “Welcome”, “Please Collect Ticket”, “Plate Recognized”)

Exit Procedure - Vehicle Departure

1. Auto Payment Kiosk provides:

- automated cash, coin, POS card, and NFC payment processing

- dual-type change return (coins and banknotes)

- real-time payment verification through central software

2. Vehicle Detection

A loop detector at the exit identifies the presence of a departing vehicle and activates the exit unit.

3. License Plate Verification

The exit LPR camera compares:

the license plate at exit

the entry record

The system automatically calculates the total parking time.

4. Ticket / Time Validation

Depending on the parking model:

• the driver inserts/scans the ticket at JS-TBCE03B Exit Terminal, or
• the system performs completely ticketless exit if the LPR record is matched.

The software determines whether:

• the parking fee has been prepaid 
• the vehicle has a valid monthly subscription
• the stay falls under free period or grace period

5. Barrier Gate Opening

Once the system confirms a valid exit:

• the barrier receives a signal
• the KS-AG-305 barrier opens and the vehicle departs
• If the plate is mismatched or a payment is pending, the system blocks exit until resolved.

Real-Time Monitoring & Control

The management platform (JS-SW01) provides full administrative control, including:

Real-time monitoring

• live camera feed
• barrier status
• number of vehicles in parking
• occupancy and free spaces

Vehicle database

• timestamps
• captured plate numbers
• ticket IDs
• payment history 

Alarm & Security Functions

• forced entry detection
• tailgating alerts
• unrecognized plates
• barrier malfunction alarms

Reporting & Analytics

The system generates:

• daily / monthly parking reports
• revenue logs
• entry & exit logs
• peak traffic periods

All data can be exported for auditing or accounting purposes.
