4.1. To process and forward your order inquiries to the relevant partner Factory (necessary for taking steps prior to entering a contract).

4.2. To send you confirmation of receipt of your inquiry and notifications about order status (e.g., issuance of pro forma invoice).

4.3. To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.

4.4. To improve the functionality and security of the Platform (legitimate interests).

4.5. To comply with legal obligations under applicable laws.

Processing is based on:

- Necessity for the performance of a contract or steps prior to contracting;
- Our legitimate interests (e.g., Platform operation and improvement);
- Your consent (where required, e.g., for certain cookies);
- Legal obligations.

5.1. We share your personal data (order details and contact information) with the partner Factory manufacturing the product(s) you inquired about or ordered. This is necessary to enable the Factory to prepare the pro forma invoice and fulfil your request.

5.2. We may share data with trusted service providers (e.g., web hosting, email services, analytics) who assist in operating the Platform. These providers are required to protect your data and use it solely for the agreed purposes.

5.3. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
