1. General Provisions

All products displayed on Trade-Vest.shop are manufactured, sold, invoiced, paid for and delivered exclusively by the respective partner factory (the “Factory”).

IT Automatic d.o.o. acts only as an intermediary and does not sell, invoice, receive payment for, or deliver any products.

2. Returns of Products

2.1. Returns of any purchased and delivered product are possible only and exclusively by direct agreement between the Customer and the Factory that manufactured and delivered the product.

2.2. IT Automatic d.o.o. has absolutely no responsibility, no obligation and no involvement in the return process of any product. IT Automatic d.o.o. does not accept returns, does not organise returns, does not handle returned goods, does not cover return shipping costs and does not participate in any way in the return procedure.

2.3. The Customer must contact directly the Factory (the one that issued the pro forma invoice and to which the payment was made) if he wishes to return the product. Only the Factory decides whether the product will be accepted back, under what conditions, in what time frame and whether any refund will be made.

3. Refund Responsibility

3.1. Any refund (full or partial) for a product that is defective, damaged, non-conforming or for any other reason is the exclusive responsibility of the Factory.

3.2. Since the Customer received the pro forma invoice by email directly from the Factory, made the payment directly to the Factory’s bank account and the Factory delivered the product, IT Automatic d.o.o. has never received any money from the Customer and therefore bears no liability whatsoever for any refund under any circumstances.

3.3. IT Automatic d.o.o. will not refund any amount, will not mediate refunds and will not participate in refund procedures between the Customer and the Factory.

4. Procedure for Returns and Refunds

If you want to return a product or request a refund:

Contact only and exclusively the Factory that sold you the product (we can give you their contact details if you need them).

All communication, all documentation, all transport costs for return, all inspections and all decisions are between you and the Factory.

IT Automatic d.o.o. will not answer questions, will not intervene and will not take any action regarding returns or refunds.

5. Important Notice

By placing an order on Trade-Vest.shop you fully accept and understand that:

- Returns and refunds are possible only with the Factory.
- IT Automatic d.o.o. has zero responsibility for returns of products.
- IT Automatic d.o.o. has zero responsibility for refunds of any kind.

This policy is clear and final. No exceptions will be made.
