1. General Provisions

1.1. The website Trade-Vest.shop (hereinafter: the “Platform”) is owned and operated by IT Automatic d.o.o. (hereinafter: “IT Automatic”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1.2. IT Automatic d.o.o. acts exclusively as an authorised representative, promoter, and distributor of products manufactured by its partner factories (hereinafter: the “Factories” or individually the “Factory”).

1.3. The Platform serves solely as an online marketplace that enables customers (hereinafter: “you”, “your”, or the “Customer”) to browse products, submit inquiries and create purchase orders for products manufactured by the Factories.

2. Nature of the Service

2.1. IT Automatic d.o.o. does not sell, supply, or deliver any products displayed on the Platform. All products are manufactured, sold, and delivered exclusively by the respective Factories.

2.2. By placing an order through the Platform, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with the Factory that manufactures the selected product(s). IT Automatic acts solely as an intermediary connecting you with the relevant Factory.

3. Order Process

3.1. After you submit an order via the Platform, IT Automatic forwards the order details to the appropriate Factory.

3.2. The Factory will prepare and send you a pro forma invoice directly to the email address you provided. IT Automatic will be notified in copy about the issuance of the pro forma invoice.

3.3. Payment must be made by you directly to the Factory’s bank account in the amounts and according to the payment schedule specified in the pro forma invoice.

3.4. IT Automatic does not process, receive, or handle any payments related to your order.

4. Delivery and Transport

4.1. Once the Factory has received full payment and the products are ready for shipment, the Factory will notify both you and IT Automatic.

4.2. You are solely responsible for organising and paying for the transportation of the goods from the Factory’s warehouse to your desired final destination.

4.3. All costs related to transport, freight forwarding, customs duties, taxes, VAT, import/export fees, and any other charges are borne exclusively by you.

5. Warranty, Instructions, and Spare Parts

5.1. The Factory, as the manufacturer and seller of the product, is solely responsible for:

Issuing the official warranty for the purchased product for the period specified by the Factory;

- Providing detailed installation and operating instructions;
- Supplying spare parts for the purchased product.

5.2. IT Automatic does not provide any warranty, instructions, or spare parts and bears no liability in this regard.

6. Role and Liability of IT Automatic d.o.o.

6.1. After you submit an order, receive the pro forma invoice, and complete payment to the Factory, IT Automatic’s role is limited exclusively to acting as a mediator.

6.2. In case of need, IT Automatic may, at its sole discretion, provide advisory or other assistance to you and/or the Factory regarding the fulfilment of the order and delivery of the products.

6.3. IT Automatic shall not be liable for:

- The quality, safety, or compliance of the products;
- Delays in production or delivery caused by the Factory;
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use the products.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with an order shall be resolved between you and the respective Factory. IT Automatic d.o.o. shall not be a party to such disputes.

8. Amendments

IT Automatic d.o.o. reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will be published on the Platform and will apply to all orders placed after the update.
