The Parking Lot Management System is designed to automate vehicle entry and exit through license plate recognition, ticket dispensing, barrier control, software management, and all necessary accessories.

The system is suitable for commercial parking lots, residential complexes, industrial zones, and smart city infrastructure.

It provides stable performance, high license plate recognition accuracy, and an intuitive management interface.

LPR Camera for License Plate Recognition
An intelligent high-resolution camera that automatically reads and recognizes vehicle license plates at entry and exit points, enabling contactless payment and seamless access for registered users without stopping.

Ticket Dispenser (Entrance Unit) JS-TBCE03
An automatic entry station with a touchscreen display, thermal printer, and intercom system – issues a paper ticket or QR code upon vehicle entry.

Ticket Dispenser (Exit Unit) JS-TBCE03B
An exit station that reads the paper ticket or QR code, calculates the parking fee, accepts payment in cash, by card, or via mobile application, and opens the barrier.

Blank Paper Ticket
Thermal paper ticket with anti-counterfeit protection, dimensions 80×50 mm, used for single entry and exit.

Card Dispenser
An automatic dispenser that issues blank paper tickets or RFID/IC cards at the entry, with a capacity of 500-2000 pieces.

IC Card for Monthly Users – “Tap” Entry
A contactless RFID/IC card for subscribers and regular users - simply tap the card and the barrier opens automatically without stopping.

Parking Barrier Gate
A fast automatic barrier with a 3-6 m arm, 24 V motor, opening time 1.5-3 seconds, equipped with LED indicators for safety and visibility.

Vehicle Detector
Three ultrasonic or infrared sensors - two prevent vehicle entrapment under the barrier (anti-smash), and one activates ticket issuance when a vehicle approaches the entry station.

Induction Loop
Three induction loops installed in the pavement - two provide safety protection against barrier entrapment, and one detects vehicles and automatically triggers the ticket dispenser.

Radar - Vehicle Presence Detector
An additional microwave radar for precise vehicle detection (used as a replacement or supplement to loops), resistant to weather conditions and dust.

Software License
Lifetime or annual license for the parking system management software – supports LPR, payment processing, monthly subscriptions, statistics, reporting, and remote access via the internet.

Wooden Crate Packaging
Secure export packaging of all components in sturdy wooden crates with moisture and impact protection, ready for sea or truck transport.

ENTRANCE PROCEDURE - VEHICLE ENTRY

1. Vehicle Detection

A loop detector embedded in the ground detects the presence of an approaching vehicle. Once the vehicle is positioned above the loop sensor, the system is automatically activated.

2. License Plate Recognition (LPR)

The JS-LPR01 LPR camera scans the front license plate.

The system performs:

• high-accuracy image capture
• optical character recognition
• automated data logging

If the plate is successfully recognized, the software links the vehicle’s ID to the time of entry.

3. Ticket Dispensing Option

JS-TBCE03 Ticket Dispenser prints and issues a ticket that contains:

• entry time
• ticket ID

The driver collects the ticket before proceeding.

4. Access Authorization

After recognition and/or ticket issuance, the system sends a signal to the KS-AG-305 barrier gate to lift the barrier.

The vehicle may enter only once the system confirms:

• valid recognition
• ticket successfully issued

5. Visual Display

The LED Display (JS-LD03) shows system messages (e.g. “Welcome”, “Please Collect Ticket”, “Plate Recognized”)

EXIT PROCEDURE - VEHICLE DEPARTURE

1. Vehicle Detection

A loop detector at the exit identifies the presence of a departing vehicle and activates the exit unit.

2. License Plate Verification

The exit LPR camera compares:

the license plate at exit

the entry record

The system automatically calculates the total parking time.

3. Ticket / Time Validation

Depending on the parking model:

• the driver inserts/scans the ticket at JS-TBCE03B Exit Terminal, or
• the system performs completely ticketless exit if the LPR record is matched.

The software determines whether:

• the parking fee has been prepaid 
• the vehicle has a valid monthly subscription
• the stay falls under free period or grace period

4. Barrier Gate Opening

Once the system confirms a valid exit:

• the barrier receives a signal
• the KS-AG-305 barrier opens and the vehicle departs
• If the plate is mismatched or a payment is pending, the system blocks exit until resolved.

Real-Time Monitoring & Control

The management platform (JS-SW01) provides full administrative control, including:

• number of vehicles in parking
• occupancy and free spaces
