The Remax 1530 CNC Metal Plasma Cutting Machine is designed as a reliable and cost-effective solution for high-precision cutting of a wide range of metal materials. The X and Y axes use high-precision straight linear rails, allowing the machine to move smoothly while maintaining excellent cutting accuracy.

The machine is equipped with an advanced numerical control system that supports automatic arc ignition and delivers stable and consistent cutting performance. The Starfire CNC control system enables easy operation through U-disk data exchange and supports standard G-code files generated by software such as Wentai, ARTCAM, and Type3. In addition, the system can directly read DXF files produced by AutoCAD, providing high compatibility with common design software.

The Remax 1530 produces narrow and clean cutting kerfs with smooth edges, which effectively reduces or eliminates the need for secondary finishing processes. Its high cutting speed, high precision, and low operating cost make it suitable for both small workshops and industrial production environments. The cutting head can be equipped with a cooling system that quickly cools the surface of the material, helping to prevent burr formation and reduce residue.
