Remax 2040 CNC Metal Plasma Cutting Machine for Stainless/Carbon Steel
The Remax 2040 CNC Metal Plasma Cutting Machine is designed for efficient and precise cutting of stainless steel and carbon steel. It features a rigid all-welded structure that ensures long-term stability and high cutting accuracy. The X and Y axes are driven by rack and linear guide rails, while the Z axis is equipped with an electric automatic lifting system, which together provide excellent cutting speed and consistent cutting quality. A dual-drive system further enhances stability and smooth operation during cutting.
The machine is extremely easy to set up and operate. It can read all common CAD graphics directly through a U-disk, and the control system automatically edits graphics and converts CAD drawings into cutting code. Thanks to the built-in U-disk interface, drawings can be imported directly into the machine without additional software. Operation tips are displayed on the screen at all times, allowing operators to use the system efficiently without prior training or reading complex manuals.
For easier maintenance and troubleshooting, the machine is equipped with indicator lights that clearly display system faults at a glance. Control keys mounted on the torch carriage allow the operator to move the torch precisely to the desired position. In case of power failure or interruption, the memory function enables the machine to resume cutting from the breakpoint, minimizing material waste and downtime.
The Remax 2040 offers an effective cutting width of 2000 mm and a cutting length of 4000 mm. It is compatible with Hypertherm or Huayuan plasma power sources and uses Schneider electrical components combined with the Beijing STARFIRE control system. The plasma cutting speed ranges from 50 to 6500 mm per minute, with a maximum idle running speed of 12,000 mm per minute. The cutting torch lifting distance is 150 mm, and the HYD automatic torch height controller ensures height control accuracy within ±1.0 mm.
The machine achieves high positioning and cutting accuracy, with a moving precision of 0.01 mm per step and a longitudinal line accuracy of ±0.2 mm per 10 meters. It uses stepper motors with LEADSHINE drivers, a Hubei planetary gearbox, and rack and square rail drive for all three axes. Powered by a 380V 50/60Hz supply, the Remax 2040 is capable of cutting metal thicknesses from 1 mm up to 50 mm, making it a reliable and versatile solution for industrial plasma cutting applications.
